The Spider Plant 'Bonnie' (Chlorophytum comosum 'Bonnie') is the curly, compact cousin of the classic spider plant — and arguably the more charming one. Its ribbon-like leaves spiral and curl as they grow, cascading over the edges of pots and shelves in a playful, whimsical display. Small white flowers bloom along long arching stalks, eventually producing baby plantlets (called spiderettes) that dangle like little green ornaments.
One of the most forgiving houseplants you can own, the Bonnie thrives on a little neglect and rewards consistent care with vigorous, cheerful growth.
Why You'll Love It
Pet-safe — Non-toxic to cats and dogs; a rare and valuable quality in a houseplant
Air-purifying — One of NASA's top-rated plants for filtering indoor air pollutants
Curly, compact form — Spiraling variegated leaves make it more visually dynamic than the standard spider plant
Produces spiderettes — Baby plantlets trail from long stems; easy to propagate and share
Beginner-friendly — Tolerates low light, irregular watering, and a range of indoor conditions
Care Guide
Light: Bright indirect light is ideal for best variegation; tolerates low light but growth slows
Water: Allow the top inch of soil to dry between waterings; reduce in winter. Overwatering causes root rot. Sensitive to fluoride — use filtered or distilled water if possible.
Humidity: Adapts to average household humidity; occasional misting appreciated
Temperature: 60°F–80°F (15–27°C); keep away from cold drafts and frost
Soil: Well-draining all-purpose potting mix
Fertilizer: Feed monthly in spring and summer with a diluted balanced liquid fertilizer; skip in fall and winter
Repotting: Every 1–2 years or when roots begin to crowd the pot

Alocasia Variegated Frydek Brandie Perry
The plant did not arrive in great shape. However, it was an alocasia and I did not add insulation so this is not on the seller (and we all know alocasia does not travel well anddddd they come back)
From start to finish the transaction was amazing. They gave me a discount for my next order even though I didn't ask for one because I knew the risks, and they continued to answer my questions and help me! Will def order again from them and would encourage others to as well!
