If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at Support@izzyplants.com with clear photo evidence of the damage. Claims submitted without photos cannot be guaranteed a resolution. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

Yes! Every live plant is covered by our 30-Day Arrive-Alive Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or isn't thriving due to shipping, contact us at Support@izzyplants.com within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number while your order is being prepared. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and carrier. Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days from your order date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Refer to our Shipping Policy
