If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at Support@izzyplants.com with clear photo evidence of the damage. Claims submitted without photos cannot be guaranteed a resolution. Please note that not all damage qualifies for a full refund — each case is reviewed individually. Yes! Every live plant is covered by our 30-Day Arrive-Alive Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or isn't thriving due to shipping, contact us Support@izzyplants.com within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and carrier. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from your order date.
